Institutional
High Performance Schools and Facilities

In a report entitled "An Environment for Learning", the General Accounting office estimates that of the 53 million students currently attending public schools in this country, 14 million, or about one quarter of the total, attend classes in buildings that can be considered sub-standard, and unhealthy.

At pb2 we have developed a design process that builds upon the researched and documented benefits of green school design. Our team of sustainable design professionals use the tools provided by LEED, CHPS, and other certification standards, to develop improved educational environments that address materials, designs, and operational systems and focus on the pedagogical, health and operational concerns of school administrators.

A few of our recent institutional clients include:

Elza Tucker School
Ozark Public School
Adult Wellness Center
Hobbs State Park

Sustainable Lab | Building Commissioning
