Mentoring
The foundation and strength of architectural practice has always had its roots in education, and mentoring remains the time-honored method of teaching young architects. Apprentices historically worked alongside the experienced master architect and learned by observing and assisting.
At pb2 we continue this long standing tradition through an in house mentorship program established to give recent graduates first hand exposure to the process and culture of architectural practice. Our interns are consistently engaged in a variety of training programs, including IDP workshops and ARE preparation sessions. The mentoring program was developed to cultivate well rounded professionals and foster long term relationships with the firm.
