401(k) Plan
Full time employees over the age of 21 become eligible on January 1 or July 1 after 6 month anniversary. Matching schedule is as follows:
- 1-7% of employee salary contribution= 30% pb2 matching
- 8% employee salary contribution= 35% pb2 matching
- 9% employee salary contribution= 40% pb2 matching
- 10+% employee salary contribution= 45% pb2 matching
- We offer a 401(k) plan investing in 12 funds through Edward Jones. There is a 6 year vesting schedule.
